Scarlet AI makes a copilot for historical manufacturing data. Plants already paid for that knowledge, in jobs run, deviations closed, and notes written on paper. Blueprint exists so engineers can use it.
Past work should be easier to find than to repeat.
When a result needs explaining, the person who ran the last similar job is not always on the shift. The record is. It is just scattered: a quality system here, a drive there, a binder that never made it into either.
Scarlet is an early company built around that gap. We work with the sources a plant actually has, including the ones that were never digital. The product is early. The problem is not.
Blueprint is the copilot. Digitalization is how paper joins it. Together they give engineers a way back to relevant data, root causes, and the other information past work left behind.
